60kW 100kW 240kW High-Power DC Charging Station with Dynamic Power Sharing for Highway Fleet Charging

Sharing One Supply Across Several Guns
A 60kW entry point is realistic where the grid connection is fixed, and dynamic power sharing makes it useful: as one vehicle tapers, the released capacity moves to the second gun instead of idling. The same frame scales to 100kW and 240kW when the site later adds capacity. Operators compare 480kW 280kW 360kW load balance chargers, 320kW 400kW dynamic load balancing chargers, 160kW 80kW 210kW highway hubs and 200kW 420kW ultra rapid chargers.

Small Feeder, Useful Throughput
Load management is what makes the site acceptable to the utility: the controller caps site draw and sequences sessions so a depot never trips a demand charge it did not plan for. OCPP then gives the operator the session data needed to bill a fleet account accurately. Similar corridors also specify 480kW 150kW OCPP hubs, 350kW 90kW fleet hubs, 80kW 90kW 300kW commercial piles and 90kW 80kW cloud managed stations.
