Modular DCDC Charging Converter Platform

The modular 20kW, 30kW and 40kW DCDC charging converter is the power block behind PV-storage-charging integrated EV stations. Each module takes DC from solar strings or battery racks and delivers regulated DC to the vehicle, so the station needs no separate inverter stage. Modules share current automatically, and a faulty module can be swapped in minutes without taking the whole station offline.

Built for PV-Storage-Charging Integration

A 200-1000V input window accepts a wide range of solar and battery voltages, and the integrated controller coordinates MPPT, storage charge and discharge, and vehicle charging sequences. Stations scale from a single 20kW module to multi-module 40kW banks, with CCS2, CCS1 and GB/T output and OCPP 1.6J reporting for remote operations.
