90kW 180kW 300kW High-Power DC Charging Station with Liquid-Cooling Compatibility for Airport Shuttle Fleets

Thermal Headroom for Back-to-Back Rotations
A shuttle that charges six times a day puts more thermal load on a cabinet than a car that charges weekly, and heat is what shortens a cable assembly life. This 90kW, 180kW and 300kW high-power DC charging station is prepared for liquid-cooled cable and module options, so rated output holds through back-to-back rotations. Depot engineers compare 180kW 150kW liquid cooled highway chargers, 240kW 150kW CCS2 airport chargers and 160kW 210kW satellite airport stations before fixing bay count, then add 720kW 800kW liquid cooled satellite dispensers as the fleet converts.
Modular Modules Keep a Rotation Moving
When a shuttle cannot miss its slot, service access matters as much as charge rate. Modular power modules let one unit be swapped while the remaining modules keep the second gun live, and remote monitoring reports gun temperature and module status before a fault becomes a delay. Depots that outgrow a single cabinet move to 480kW 600kW 800kW CCS2 liquid cooled stations or 400kW 600kW MCS-ready highway chargers, while tighter sites add 120kW 180kW CCS2 V2G units and 100kW 120kW liquid cooled charging piles.
