The MIDA-DC-480-LC represents the pinnacle of electric vehicle infrastructure, delivering a massive 480kW of charging power. Engineered specifically for high-traffic highway service areas, this ultra-fast charging station is designed to handle the growing demand for rapid long-distance travel. With 480kW, drivers of next-generation EVs can gain up to 400km of range in just 10-15 minutes, making EV travel as convenient as refueling a traditional car.

Advanced Liquid Cooling System
Traditional air-cooled chargers face thermal limitations at high power levels. The MIDA-DC-480-LC overcomes this with a high-performance liquid cooling system that circulates coolant through the power modules and the charging cables themselves. This enables continuous operation at maximum power even in ambient temperatures up to +55掳C. The liquid-cooled cables are also significantly thinner and lighter than air-cooled cables of equivalent capacity, providing a much more ergonomic experience for all users.
Intelligent thermal monitoring and variable-speed cooling pumps ensure optimal temperature control and energy efficiency at all times.
800V System Architecture Support
Designed for the latest high-voltage electric vehicle architectures, the 480kW station supports an output voltage range of 200V to 1000V DC. This ensures full compatibility with 800V system vehicles (such as the Porsche Taycan, Hyundai Ioniq 5, and Kia EV6) which can utilize the full 480kW capacity to achieve their fastest possible charging speeds. The system also backward compatible with standard 400V vehicles, providing optimized charging for every driver.
The station features two CCS2 connectors with intelligent dynamic power sharing, allowing two vehicles to share the 480kW capacity based on their respective needs.
Robust Highway Infrastructure
Reliability is non-negotiable for highway infrastructure. The MIDA-DC-480-LC is built into a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant IP54 enclosure designed for decades of service. The modular power architecture ensures high availability: if one power module requires maintenance, the station can continue to operate at a lower power level. Full compliance with OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 allows for seamless integration with national charging networks, remote monitoring, and automated billing systems.
Integrated surge protection, ground fault detection, and emergency stop systems provide the highest level of safety for the vehicle, the charger, and the public.

A massive 15-inch high-definition sunlight-readable touchscreen provides a premium interface for drivers. Multi-language support, clear visual charging data, and intuitive navigation make the ultra-fast charging process simple for everyone.
