MIDA 600kW 720kW 800kW Modular Power Architecture Split-Type DC Charging Station for Airport Shuttle Charging

Modular Cabinets Sized for Terminal Phases
Terminal capacity arrives in phases: a pier opens, then a satellite concourse, then a new coach route. A modular power architecture lets an airport move from 600kW to 720kW or 800kW in the same footprint by fitting modules rather than replacing the cabinet, so the first installation is still the last one. Each module is serviceable on its own, which matters when a spare part has to clear airport security before it reaches the plant room. Planners start from a 360kW 600kW 720kW modular split DC charging station, a 480kW 600kW 800kW CCS2 liquid-cooled split DC station and a 1000kW 1200kW liquid-cooled split EV charger and work outward from the switchroom.

800kW Without a Single Point of Failure
A failed module should cost a fraction of output, not the whole charging lane, and an airport cannot close a kerb for a week waiting on a replacement. Modular architecture isolates the fault, keeps the remaining modules serving the dispensers, and lets the swap happen inside a scheduled maintenance window instead of a traffic closure. The same design carries 800kW across four or five dispensers with the metering and OCPP records an operator needs to bill each route. Comparable builds include a 1200kW 1400kW ultra-fast split DC charger, a 700kW 1500kW GB/T CCS2 split DC charging hub, a 720kW 900kW CCS2 GB/T split DC charging systems and a 360kW 600kW 800kW OCPP CCS2 modular split DC station.
