MIDA 480kW 800kW 1220kW Scalable Cabinet Design Split-Type DC Charging Station for Urban Charging Hub

Add Bays, Keep the Same Kerb
City parking is released in phases, and a hub built for the final bay count sits idle for years. A scalable cabinet reserves module slots and DC bus capacity from day one, so the dispensers, cable routes and civil works stay where they were while the power stage moves from 480kW to 800kW or 1220kW as utilisation climbs. Nothing on the kerb is replaced. Planners sizing that first phase start from a 360kW 600kW 720kW modular split DC charging station, a 600kW 800kW split-type DC fast charger power cabinet and a 600kW 960kW commercial split DC fast charging station and design the duct for the final figure.

480kW Today, 1220kW Later
The costly line in a street installation is the trench and the traffic order needed to open it, not the rectifier. Holding one cabinet footprint across the 480kW to 1220kW range means phase two costs a module set rather than a civil contract, and metering plus OCPP records survive the expansion untouched, so a roaming partner sees one continuous site history. Commissioning is a module test, not a rebuild. Comparable builds include a 480kW 600kW 800kW CCS2 liquid-cooled split DC station, a 720kW 800kW liquid-cooled split DC fast charger and a 360kW 600kW 800kW OCPP CCS2 modular split DC station.
