MIDA 80kW 150kW 210kW High-Efficiency EV Charging System with CCS2 and GBT Support for Highway Service Areas

Two Connector Standards, One Bay
A service area cannot choose its customers, so the 80kW, 150kW and 210kW models carry CCS2 and GBT on the same power stage rather than on two separate cabinets. A GBT van and a CCS2 crossover can charge side by side, and the controller allocates output so neither session stalls behind the other. Cable management is sized for the 210kW case, where liquid-cooled leads stay light enough for a driver to handle in the rain. Planners often cross-check this layout against 100kW 120kW floor standing charging piles, 150kW 200kW airport fleet charging systems and 120kW 180kW CCS2 V2G bidirectional chargers when the site has to serve both domestic and imported vehicles.

Efficiency Where the Grid Is Thin
Rural exits are often fed by a long feeder, and a charger that derates at 360V is a charger that disappoints at the worst moment. The conversion stage holds efficiency across a wide part-load band, so an 80kW session on a quiet Tuesday costs less than the nameplate figure suggests, and a 150kW or 210kW pull stays inside the site’s demand limit through programmed load management. Where a transformer is shared with lighting and a shop, the cabinet can be told to cap its own draw and to resume when the feeder recovers. Comparable builds include 420kW 60kW 100kW highway dual port chargers, 240kW 320kW commercial fleet chargers and 160kW 80kW 210kW highway charging hubs for operators sizing a corridor.
